Thames Ditton.

Various structural alterations were made to this 5 bedroom detached house to create an open plan cinema room, an open plan kitchen and a new guest bedroom with en-suite.


In addition to the structural alterations we also replaced all of the internal carpentry, installed a floating floor with under-floor heating system (to replace the radiators and tiled floor), refurbished a further 3 bathroom suites, installed a floating slab fireplace and the complete re-decoration and installation of fabrics and furnishings.

Coombe Hill.

Prior to building this new house in the Coombe Hill area, we had to demolish the existing property which included the removal of asbestos.


The new 350sqm, 3 storey, 5 bedroom house was constructed in a 52 week period.  We were responsible for all aspects of the build and carried out all of the internal works such as bathroom installation, staircase, bespoke joinery units, plastering and decorating.  We also remodeled the external drive, patio and landscape.

Burley Cottage.

 

The main aim of this project was to build a detached 2 bedroom building for the visiting children, linked to the existing farm house via an oak and glass front entrance.

 

The ground floor contains a large office area  a gym and also a storarge room to the rear.  The first floor has 2 double bedrooms with the ensuite shared; we built all of the joinery from the oak glazed windows through to the internal doors and stairs.

Parsons Green

This was a highly complicated project including the demolition of 5 detached garages and the supporting of the public road for the excavation of the basement.  

 

The interal specification was to a very high standard including independently controled air conditioning for all rooms, audio visual cabling and data cabling.  The joinery was  made on site by our own carpenters including the high gloss TV unit.  The walls and ceilings are  finished in "polished plaster".

 

The architect entered this project into the national brick awards where we made it into the top 5 in developments of 1 to 5 plots and the use of clay and brick products.

Roehampton Gate.

This project included the demolition of the existing property and then the construction of a 6500sq ft detached house with a basement which was completely dedicated to the children including their bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms and tv room.

 

In total there are 6 ensuite bedrooms and a 7th bathroom for guests.  

 

Glass was a main feature in the project allowing natural light to all areas.

Rowhurst Wood.

This project started with a bespoke hardwood conservatory being built to rear of this substantial house. We were then instructed to refurbish the complete building, for this we divided the 1st floor into two guest bedrooms with bathroom and one private suite consisting of bedroom, large walk in wardrobe living area and a luxurious ensuite bathroom.


The Top floor was turned into a guest suite with ensuite bathroom whilst the Ground floor was fitted out for luxurious office use, this included structured data cabling and a digital telephone system.

Mizen Way. ( Works in progress )

This a works in progress project, we are currently extending a large detached house in a private estate in Cobham.

 

The brief is to extend the clients main bedroom and front entrance area to include a study and wc on the ground floor, plus a large dressing room with bespoke built in walnut wardrobe and dresser units on the floor above.

Kilmaine Rd, Fulham.    ( Works in progress )

This project consisted of the full refurbishment of a 4 storey victorian town house, plus a 3 storey extension at the rear.  The basement was extended to create a new, larger open plan kitchen that now occupies the wholeof the lower ground floor area.

 

We also brought the garden down to the basement leve so that you can walk directly from the kitchen into the newly constructed courtyard.

 

Both the lower ground and upper ground floors have been made as open plan areas, and to comply with fire regulations and building control we have installed a fire sprinkler system concealed in the ceilings of these 2 floors with a 1000ltr of water capacity.

Berrylands Flat.

Hudson Construction were contracted to build a treble storey extension to the side of the existing house. The work consisted of a complete rebuild of all the internal walls to the existing building to suit the new layout of the flats.


New electrical mains, gas and sewage were supplied to all new flats. Sound proofing was installed to all the communal walls, floors and ceilings, as was a new door video entry system and fire alarm.

 

Beautiful, bespoke, contemporary kitchen and bathrooms were designed to a high specification by ourselves.

Fee Farm.

We were commissioned to build a 2 storey vaulted side extension to this grade 2 listed, 16th century farm house.

 

This involved the demolition and specialist asbestos removal to the detached garage, pilling footings to a depth of 15mtr and the build of a reinforced floating slab base.

 

Bricks where carefully chosen and mixed to satisfy the local heritage trust and part of the planning guidelines demanded that we kept the ground floor front looking like a garage; this was achieved by building bespoke bi-folding doors, which when opened revealed  large sash windows.

Wimbledon Village.

The refurbishment works for this property included re-designing and then building the interior layout on all floors, re-building both chimneys from basement to 1st floor, installation of 5 fireplaces, bespoke joinery items in all rooms, works to the existing bathroom and creation of 2 new bathrooms.  

 

In addition to this we installed a new central heating / hot water system, carried out all associated plastering and decoration work and created a new front drive, rear patio and turfing for the garden.


The property was complimented with a new bespoke kitchen that was designed and built by Hudson Construction
